    Domestic Action

    1. Contested Divorce
      A contested divorce is one in which the parties do not agree on the terms of the divorce. These issues could be one or more of the following:
      • child support
      • custody
      • visitation
      • division of marital assets
      • Spousal Support
      • Payment of Debts
      • other

    2. Uncontested Divorce - $500.00 plus filing fees for a limited time
      One in which both parties agree on all of the issues.

    3. Modification (Uncontested Modification - $500.00 plus filing fees for a limited time)
      This involves one or more of the involved parties wanting to change child support, custody or visitation of an original order entered by the court. Seeking a modification to the original decree as to the issues related to the children can be contested or uncontested.

    4. Adoptions - $500.00 plus filing fees for a limited time
      An adoption is an action in which a stepparent, relative or non-relative chooses to legalize a parent-child relationship.

    5. Paternity
      An action to determine who is the natural parent of a child.
